Miss Anna

Xo,

I started my own company with this in mind. Sometimes it takes a couple months for a child to come around (sometimes only days!), but most children trust me because I’m not forcing them to join me... instead I encourage them to join in the joy of dance with me on their own time.

And that's what it's all about: Helping children blossom with joyful confidence in a playful, welcoming environment that fosters a lifelong love of dance.

Whether they're "good" or not; whether they want to become a "real" dancer or not. I just want them to know from the start that it's fun and feels good to dance.

I've taught at many studios and was always told I was "too nice" and not strict enough. I thought that was crazy! I believe children under 5 learn very well and behave better if I give them the freedom to be themselves—while encouraging them to follow me through play and inclusiveness.

I want every child to learn to *love* dance.

My love for dance began when I was a just little girl. I took my first ballet class at the age of 3, and it has become my lifelong passion!
